Mitigation
It is against Ohio Department of Health regulations to give exact quotes without a physical inpection of the property. However, the general range is between $900.00 and $2500.00.
Additional Services
Prior to specializing in Radon we were doing home repairs and minor remodeling, everything from changing a faucet to building decks and everything in between. If you need some repairs ask for a quote.
For our mitigation we use either a 3" or 4" cellular core pipe. This is an insulated pipe that helps in noise reduction of the system.
The minimum that we use for crawl space mitigation is a 6 mil nylon meshed reinforced plastic. We have found that this is a better product than standard 6 mil plastic for prevention of major rips and tears that could impact the performance of the system. We DO NOT charge extra for this.
We are currently working out the pricing to use a manufacturer of fans based in Pittsburgh. If we can buy American we will.
